Overview
Designing a poster that feels strong, energetic, and immediate.
This project focused on creating a poster for a calisthenics-themed event or campaign, using bold visual communication to capture the intensity and discipline associated with the sport. The design was built to attract attention quickly while presenting information in a clear and organized way.
Through strong hierarchy, dynamic composition, and impactful imagery, the final poster communicates movement and energy while maintaining a polished and professional presentation.
Approach
Combining hierarchy, contrast, and movement.
The design approach centered around creating a visually powerful composition that reflects the physicality of calisthenics. Typography, image placement, and contrast were used strategically to guide the viewer through the information while keeping the layout expressive and energetic.
Special attention was given to balancing readability with impact. This meant making sure that the poster remained clear from a distance while still containing enough visual detail to feel engaging up close.
The final result demonstrates my ability to design promotional material that communicates quickly, feels visually refined, and captures the spirit of the subject matter.
