A client real estate video created for a property in Perkins, Val-des-Monts. This project combined photography, videography, and editing to showcase the home in a polished and engaging way for online promotion, helping support the realtor’s marketing efforts and the successful sale of the property.

Overview

A client real estate project created to present the property clearly, professionally, and with strong visual appeal.

This project was completed for a client in the real estate field to help market a modern property located at 2, Chemin de la Péninsule, Perkins, Val-des-Monts. My role included capturing both photos and video of the home, with the goal of creating promotional material that would present the property in a polished, engaging, and professional way across digital platforms.

The home offered approximately 2100 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, a garage, and an open-concept layout. Located on one acre of wooded land with notarized access to Lake MacGregor, the property had a strong lifestyle appeal that needed to be reflected visually. The final content was designed to showcase not only the architecture and interior details, but also the surrounding atmosphere and overall experience of the space.

Process

Capturing the home through photo and video, then shaping the final piece into a clear marketing tool for the client.

The process began with planning a sequence of shots that would highlight the strongest features of the property, from the exterior and surrounding landscape to the interior layout and natural light within the home. I photographed and filmed the space with a focus on smooth movement, balanced composition, and clear visual storytelling, making sure each shot contributed to an overall sense of flow and refinement.

In post-production, I edited the footage to create a cinematic presentation that felt both informative and engaging for potential buyers. The final video was delivered to the realtor, Ali Al, who published it on Facebook as part of the property’s online promotion. The video helped support the listing and contributed to the successful sale of the home, showing the value of strong visual content in real estate marketing.
